Meet our Hosts

Jen Winkelmann

Jen has been working in mental health for the last 20 years. As a "keeper of stories," she found another platform was needed for us to share our stories and the wisdom we have picked up along the way. She's been in community and clinical mental health a long time, and in the last several years, has joined the ranks of educators. In her time away from work-life, she can be found in the dancesport ballroom or trying to make art with a camera.
